The combination of blanket stitch applique and basic embroidery stitches are used in the central panel of this cushion. The border & frill of yellow gingham gives this cushion a feeling of summer.

These patchwork cushion kits are a great beginner's project. The fabrics are pre-washed and pre-cut so all you need to do is to sew the pieces together.
Once the cover is made a cushion insert is inserted and the cover is slip-stitched closed.
The kit includes fabric for the central panel, border & backing.
